What's EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It's an emotional version of acupuncture which adresses emotional issues - no needles are used. EFT is a simple tapping procedure using your fingertips to gently, quickly realign your body’s energy system (energy meridians) with respect to negative memories, emotions.
EFT is suitable for newbies, both adults and children, who allow to self-tap.
If we carry around anger, grief, and guilt, these feelings show up physically. Emotions cause physical things, and they even cause disease if our body is under the influence of negative emotions for a long period of time. EFT helps to disconnect the physical discomfort that we attach to negative memories, and this often immediately removes the resulting symptoms.

- Beginning of eyebrow
- Side of eye
- Under eye
- Under nose
- Chin point
- Collar bone
- Under arm
- Top of head - Repeat reminder phrase at energy points
- Take a deep breath
- Rank your feelings again
